Guest Lounge

We offer full use of a lounge area where you may wish to relax in the evening. 

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation with a delicious breakfast  which includes a selection of fruit, cereals, yoghurts and juice from the 'cold table', followed by a traditional full  Scottish  breakfast or a Continental breakfast both with limitless cups of tea or coffee. All of the produce above is supplied locally.

Bedroom 1 

Room 1 has beautiful  views over  our walled cottage garden with views of Kelso Abbey. The room has a king size bed which can also be made into twin beds, the room has a large en suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 

Room 2 is a twin room with pleasant outlook over our front gardens.  It has a large en suite bathroom which includes bidet, bath and separate shower.

Bedroom

This room has a lovely sunny outlook.  It has a king size bed which also makes into twin beds, a modern en suite shower room is attached.
