Welcome to Abbeyside Bed & Breakfast. Abbeyside is a very spacious bungalow situated in the beautiful town of Kelso, on the banks of the river Tweed. The house sits on the original grounds of the famous Kelso Abbey.

Abbeyside Bed and breakfast is a charming detached house situated two minutes walk from the centre of the lovely town of Kelso in the beautiful Scottish Borders, South East of Scotland.  This is a traditional Scottish Bed and Breakfast accommodation for guests who enjoy a high level of comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are all en-suite with television,in all rooms. tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and clock radio are provided.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

We offer secure private parking for our guests, drying facilities for walkers along with safe and secure storage for bicycles. We have a strict ‘No Smoking’ policy in the house and in the interests of our guests, we regretfully, cannot accommodate young children or pets.
